Generally, I avoid stories like this.
Write one column on the chaotic breakup of somebody's marriage, and you'll have a hundred people calling the next day, saying, ``You think that's scary? Wait'll you hear what I'm going through.''
Which, frankly, I won't write about. One reason I've been married 30 years to the same woman -- not the biggest reason, by the way -- is that I know what heartbreaking horror shows divorces can be.
