Qld: Panadol committal hearing in July

A committal hearing's been set down for July for a Brisbane man accused of extorting
pharmaceutical companies and poisoning painkillers with strychnine.

DENNIS DONALD FOUNTAIN, 62, retired, of Chapel Hill, is charged with two counts of
attempted murder, three of extortion, two of production contamination, two of malicious
poisoning and one of fraud.

It's alleged FOUNTAIN contaminated Panadol and Herron paracetamol with strychnine,
poisoning a father and son who bought them from a Brisbane …
